• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic,minced
• 1 8 ounce can (1 cup) seasoned tomato sauce
• 1/ 2 teaspoon each chili powder, monosodium glutamate, and salt

Directions

1. Brown ground beef slowly but throughly, breaking with a fork till fine.
2. Add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
3. Makes sauce for 12 Coney Islands. (hot dogs)
