Ingredients

  • Shredded cabbage
  • Shredded carrot

Directions

  1. Saute as much of the above ingredients as you want in a non-stick pan with cooking spray until tender but still a bit crunchy, then set aside.
  2. Saute 2 ounces of extra-lean ground beef, garlic, diced yellow onion, and freshly grated ginger.
  3. Add meat mixture to vegetables. Pour on as much soy sauce as you want and stir well. Place in bowl and top with freshly sliced green onions.
