Broccoli-Pineapple Slaw

Serving Size: 2/3 cup per serving.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (12 oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 1 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing (oil-base, not creamy)
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix together the dressing and sugar until blended. Add to salad; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add nuts just before serving; mix lightly.
