Rich Chocolate Pudding
This rich, creamy confection crosses a classic, American, cornstarch-thickened chocolate pudding with a luxurious French egg-yolk-laden chocolate. It’s all chocolate, sugar, heavy cream, butter, and eggs. Grab a spoon and put on your fat pants.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup skim milk (fat-free)
- 1 tbsp. Splenda
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, whisk milk, Splenda, cornstarch, and cocoa until blended. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate. Over low heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil two minutes. Stir in vanilla. Spoon into four dessert dishes or custard cups. Cover with plastic wrap. refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours.
